We are building a Smyrna Red Hot family and community to practice, support and grow, collectively and individually through our yogic journeys. Built on the love of the practice, our focus at Red Hot Yoga Smyrna is simple. Guiding you through your yoga practice with clarity, alignment, and awareness. Linking movement with breath. Body with mind. Our mats are the playgrounds upon which we learn about ourselves. We work with you, at your level, while building the foundation to go deeper. We are also well versed in modifications, and adjustments as needed so it is accessible to all.
Red Hot Yoga – Smyrna offers Hatha, Vinyasa, and yin style classes.
Hatha classes are heated to 105°degrees.
Vinyasa classes are heated to 100°degrees.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
We take COVID-19 seriously and have strict precautions in place to protect our students and teachers. Our class sign up and sign in procedures are contactless. Our heat is generated with infrared heating panels, which heat your body’s internal temperature. We also have a UV air filtration system in place to purify the studio air, eliminate airborne particles, odors, and pathogens. We dedicate the time between classes to wiping down all surfaces. Please note that these precautions are not a guarantee.
