As summer winds down and life begins to shift—whether you're navigating back-to-school prep, returning from travel, or simply feeling the pull back to routine—this experience offers a moment to pause. Through the deep stretch and stillness of Yin yoga and the soothing resonance of sound bowls, you’ll unwind, release, and realign. Perfect for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and connection during this seasonal transition. Come soften the edges and restore your nervous system—no matter what this time of year brings.

How To Vinyasa - A Foundations & Fundamentals Workshop

Flow with confidence in the last of our Foundations & Fundamentals series, focused on how to do a Vinyasa. In this session, we’ll break down the movement and breath connection from Urdhva Hastasana (Upward Salute) to Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose), exploring modifications like Ashtanga Pranam (Knees-Chest-Chin) to build strength and control.

We’ll also demystify Sun Salutation A vs. Sun Salutation B, understanding their purpose, sequencing, and rhythm. You'll learn when to inhale, when to exhale, and why breath matters—bringing greater ease and mindfulness into your flow.

Using props, the wall, and hands-on adjustments (for those comfortable), we’ll refine alignment, strengthen transitions, and help you move with greater awareness. Class size is limited to 10 students for individualized instruction, hands-on support, and Q&A time.

This session is perfect for all levels, whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your Vinyasa practice.
