Workshops

Sunday, June 22 @ 2pm - 4pm the strength & Length of a twist

This month’s Foundations & Fundamentals is focused on twists and spinal mobility. This session will explore Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Parivrtta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle), Parsvottanasana (Intense Side Stretch), and Ardha Matsyendrasana (Seated Spinal Twist) - each designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and build core strength.

Twists help energize the spine, improve digestion, and create space in the body. We’ll break down each pose, using the wall, props, and (for those comfortable) hands-on adjustments to help you FEEL the alignment and engagement needed to twist safely and effectively. Expect to hold poses longer, refine your breathwork, and build a deeper connection to your practice.

Class size is limited to 10 students to allow for individualized instruction, hands-on support, and Q&A time. This workshop is great for all levels, offering tools to enhance spinal mobility, improve posture, and move with greater ease.

Join us and discover the power of twists—both physically and mentally! 🙏
