COVID-19 in-studio process and information

Registration Requirements to attend in-studio (in-person) classes:

  • Class sizes are currently limited to 12 students per class. Preregistration for class is required; payments must be made online prior to class; there is not an option to sign up for class unpaid.

  • A $15 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations occurring less than 3 hours before the class start time or for someone who does not show up for a scheduled class.

  • All sales are final. Payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Cash is not accepted at the studio.

On-property Rules & Requirements:

  • In an effort to minimize the time people are at the studio and around one another, the studio will open 15 minutes prior to classes starting.

  • Please follow the social distancing markers found in the studio and remain 6 feet from one another.

  • There will be marked spaces in the yoga room for your mat.

  • Students should bring all of their own equipment and props including, but not limited to: yoga mats, yoga towels, blocks, straps, blankets, & bolsters. However, please consider limiting the number of unnecessary belongings brought into the studio with you.

  • Please bring your own water bottle filled with water because the water fountains and refillable water bottle station will not be operable.

  • Lockers are not currently available for use. Please either place belongings neatly around your mat or store them in cubbies located just inside the entry.

Miscellaneous:

  • You MUST stay home if you are exhibiting any cold or flu symptoms. Symptomatic people will be asked to leave.

  • All surfaces will be wiped down before and after classes, and we will continue to deep clean the studio between classes daily, according to CDC standards.

  • We will provide hand sanitizer when possible, but also encourage you to bring your own.

  • We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic carefully and follow guidelines set by the CDC, city, state, and other health officials.
